I had an issue with a squeaky turbine fan on the roof that got worse when it was windy. I called Reliable Roofers and spoke to Dan who said he could send his partner Alex out the next day. Alex shows up the next day, on time, assesses the situation, tells me how much it will cost and when he could come back the next day. Next day, Alex shows up (actually a bit early) and replaces the turbine fan. Dan comes by to help. Such friendly and helpful people. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service and their friendly and reassuring manner. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

It's not easy to find good tradespeople, and many small companies have become so slick, you as a single consumer, are like a 'deer in the headlights'. I needed a new roof on my house and looked for businesses that were within a 10 mile radius of my home in the Roncesvalles area. I called several for quotes and Alex seemed the most prompt, knowledgeable, and down to earth. His team was also available within a reasonable time frame. Everything just fell into place, and within a from the week or so from the contact, I had a new roof and a new skylight... which he was able incorporate into the job and do at the same! His team was able to purchase and install the skylight that same day. Highly recommend!!

He was available to come the following day and I felt confident that he would do a good job. Alex and his son came as promised and did a great job which included a warranty for the work he did. I had an emergency and I phoned Alex at 3pm. He had someone working on my problem at 5pm. It is rare to find this kind of service, on a Sunday, last minute for someone you don’t even know. I definitely recommend and will be using again!
